Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Chicago and Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
