Hello, The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $45,984 in Springfield. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Dallas it's better than expected.
