Bought a house here in 2015 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is community vibe. Other than that, Good luck with whatever you decide..

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much affordable but now it's improving.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.
