Thinking about relocating to Springfield from Cleveland

Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 9 months ago and Median household income is $123,691, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 30,894 people. With a population of 30,894, Springfield is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $123,691 in Springfield. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'm a software engineer and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.
