Alright, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $146,700 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Does this match your experience? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
