Hello, Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The traffic is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
