Biggest downsides of living in St. Charles?

You can expect to pay around $1,788 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 32,733 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development.

My experience has been mostly positive. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Came here for work and stayed because I love the pace of life here. The healthcare is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
