Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $369,700 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 32,733 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
