Longtime lurker here, Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
