Considering St. Cloud vs Atlanta -help me decide

Born and raised here. With a population of 69,926, St. Cloud is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 4.4%, which is about average. Rent is about $1,005/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $212,800 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Seattle and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Cedar Grove. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
