Been meaning to ask this. With a population of 69,926, St. Cloud is a smaller city. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? Thanks! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.
