Alright, I've been here for 3 years and The median home value here is around $325,700, which seems about average. You can expect to pay around $1,253 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
