Anyone regret moving to St. Michael?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in logistics and You can expect to pay around $2,038 for rent here. Homes are going for about $365,800 on average. Household incomes average around $130,814 in St. Michael. Median household income is $130,814, which feels pretty solid for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What are your go-to spots? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I've lived in Westside for about 13 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Strong job market in several industries
- The dating scene scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. Hope this helps!.
