Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,749 for rent here. Rent is about $1,749/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
