Moving to Staples -what should I know?

Hey, Just moved here 6 months ago and Homes are going for about $1,202,800 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
