Commute times in Star -how bad?

Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. Median household income is $91,318, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,622/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Is this normal for Star? Looking forward to hearing from you all.
