Best and worst neighborhoods in Stephenville

Curious what people think. I'm a remote worker and With a population of 21,345, Stephenville is a small town. Homes are going for about $226,300 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this?

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it exceeded my expectations.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Salt Lake City it's tough.
