Hello, It's a a small town city with about 21,345 people. Homes are going for about $226,300 on average. Rent is about $1,128/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Would love some local perspective. Thanks in advance!
