I work in logistics and It's a a small town city with about 6,776 people. You can expect to pay around $1,095 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Best neighborhoods in Sterling

Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. The median home value here is around $346,100, which seems about average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great.
