I'm retired and Rent is about $1,408/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $398,100 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Stillwater sits at 42.6 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
