Stillwater is underrated, change my mind

Curious what people think. Median household income is $109,297, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $398,100 on average. With a population of 19,323, Stillwater is a small town. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
