Best neighborhoods in Stillwater

Alright, With a population of 48,818, Stillwater is a smaller city. Am I overthinking this?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Pittsburgh about 4 years ago. The main reasons were family and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good schools in most areas
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are pricey, gas is underrated.

Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
