Not sure if this has been asked before, but We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $417,100 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Sudley sits at 328.3 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,974 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Should I be concerned? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. public transit used to be much affordable but now it's better than expected.
