Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in government and Homes are going for about $417,100 on average. Poverty rate is 7.4%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,974 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years....

Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Sudley sits at 328.3 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thanks for reading....
