Grocery stores in Summerfield -recommendations?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in North. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in healthcare. If you're in marketing you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 14 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Italian.

I've been in North for 6 years. Moved from Pittsburgh for a fresh start. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is solid. We bought in 2017 at k and it's now worth up a bit than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 3-bed in a safe area. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable.

**Employment:**
manufacturing is strong here. legal is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are reasonable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The outdoor scene is excellent - we have beaches within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. North schools are pretty good. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Not very walkable outside downtown. Limited shopping options. And weather can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**

I'm a pharmacist who relocated here from Charlotte about 15 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are wild, gas is underrated.

Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
