Anyone else love living in Summerlin South?

Longtime lurker here, I'm originally from Orlando and Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,400/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Thoughts? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

My experience has been mostly positive. the quality of life is solid. The only thing I'd watch out for is school system. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..

Bought a house here in 2020 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
