I work in hospitality here and I love the pace of life here. The job market for my field is underrated. Happy to answer more specific questions..

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. walkability used to be much developing but now it's decent.

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Downtown area are decent. Kids love it here.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.
I've been here 5 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is food scene. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is surprisingly good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Riverside side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
Definitely worth checking out..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I genuinely enjoy living here. Feel free to reach out with questions..
