Biggest downsides of living in Summerlin South?

Hi all, I'm originally from Nashville and Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. TIA! The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The traffic is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
