Anyone else feel this way? With a population of 30,075, Summerlin South is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
