What I wish I knew before living in Summerlin South

So, I'm a college student here and It's a a smaller city city with about 30,075 people. Rent is about $2,400/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Raleigh it's solid.

My experience has been mostly positive. it was the best decision I ever made. The only thing I'd watch out for is safety. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
