Living in Sun Valley -the reality

Hello, Military spouse here. With a population of 22,697, Sun Valley is a small town. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers.

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great Thai places. it was the best decision I ever made.

As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. traffic used to be much manageable but now it's hit or miss.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Westside area are improving. Kids love it here.
