Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Sun Valley sits at 326.6 per 100K. Homes are going for about $321,000 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
