Things Suncoast Estates needs to improve

Hi all, Been living here since 2015. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Household incomes average around $39,456 in Suncoast Estates. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Denver it's hit or miss.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a software engineer who relocated here from Phoenix about 7 years ago. The main reasons were family and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good schools in most areas
- Active local events and festivals

Cons that are real:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Far from beaches/mountains

Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are affordable, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
