Hey everyone, Been living here since 2019. Poverty rate is 9.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $296,900, which seems about average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Does this match your experience?

Best areas to explore in Sunset?

Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 1 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Sunset sits at 223.7 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Cheers.
