Just moved to Sweetwater, any tips?

Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2017. Crime rate is something to consider -Sweetwater sits at 73.6 per 100K. Household incomes average around $55,154 in Sweetwater. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Let me know your thoughts. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
