Is Sweetwater walkable?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 11.6%, which is around average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great.
