Weekend activities in Sweetwater?

Been meaning to ask this. My partner and I are Median household income is $55,154, which feels about average for the area. It's a a small town city with about 19,544 people. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Does this match your experience? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 8 years ago from LA and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Greenfield. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in education. If you're in real estate you might struggle.

People: Generally average. It took about 15 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

Hope this helps!.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Portland and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Sunset. It's hit or miss for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in consulting. If you're in manufacturing you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 18 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
