Best hidden gems in Swissvale

I grew up here but left for a while. Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. Crime rate is something to consider -Swissvale sits at 196.5 per 100K. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
