Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $646/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Tell City sits at 13.7 per 100K. With a population of 7,490, Tell City is a small town. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
