Unpopular opinion about Tellico Village

Longtime lurker here, I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Anyone work in healthcare in Tellico Village?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great.
