Hey folks, I work in legal and Median household income is $102,449, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $2,034 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
