Working remotely from Temple City

I've been here for 2 years and Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,034/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $2,034 for rent here. The median home value here is around $930,200, which is pretty steep. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
