Co-working spaces in Tequesta?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and With a population of 6,118, Tequesta is a small town. The median home value here is around $570,400, which is pretty steep. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this?

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. housing market used to be much stable but now it's average.
