Co-working spaces in Tequesta?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a remote worker and With a population of 6,118, Tequesta is a small town. The median home value here is around $570,400, which is pretty steep. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this?

Career opportunities in Tequesta, FL

Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a small town city with about 6,118 people. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
