Is it worth buying in Tequesta?

Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and It's a a small town city with about 6,118 people. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts.

Came here for a job opportunity and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The healthcare is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
