Internet providers in Terrell Hills?

OK so Median household income is $217,800, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $762,200, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Atlanta it's average.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
