Longtime lurker here, Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 4.5%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

OK so Median household income is $217,800, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $762,200, which is pretty steep. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this?
