What surprised you most about The Hills?

We have two kids and With a population of 10,732, The Hills is a small town. Household incomes average around $142,750 in The Hills. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Appreciate any input.

Bought a house here in 2020 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
