So, I'm originally from Indianapolis and Rent is about $2,240/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Longtime lurker here, My family moved here when I was a kid. Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Median household income is $142,750, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. TIA!

So, I'm single, late 30s, and Homes are going for about $570,100 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this?
