Been meaning to ask this. Homes are going for about $258,700 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
